Instagram has caused a ruckus after changes to what goes into your main feed have upset some high-profile users of the social media platform. Currently, computers use a fixed method of determining time however the speed of Earth’s rotation is constant, slowing and speeding up over time. Meta wants to change that by coming up with a new way to determine time.
